Coconut and Rum Ice Cream

We played with the coconut.. We sliced, we chopped, we shredded.. We end up with shredded coconut mix with Rum. The taste? Is heaven! You can feel the shredded coconut in your mouth, or let them get stuck between your teeth ;) and of course, the smell of the Rum complete the whole new flavour : COCONUT and RUM Ice Cream!
